It's a new company and the interview process was a bit chaotic. The independent HR rep orginally told me the salary was X amount which is well below the normal range for this position. During my 2nd interview the management told me the correct salary amount. The 1st two interview's were normal and nothing out of the oridnary. I was then told my last interview would be a cultural interview, meaning I would get interview based on my working style etc. That wasn't the case. The 3rd interviewer appeared to have any clue who I was or had any knowledge of my two prior interviews. The last interviewer will tell you she has 40 years of claims experience and it shows in her personality. You're basically talking to a brick wall. I felt my age and ethnicity played a role as young minoirty men are not represented at all in this industry. Terrible experience. And the pay is too low for his position. Anything under $90k is humiliating offer. Also, no one ever reached out to me after the last interview. I reached out to Leah Gibson and the she finally since me the generic "Thank you for your time" BS.
