I received an email saying I was selected for an interview with the hiring manager and was asked to submit my availability. I submitted it and waited days and still had not heard anything from the recruiter. After following up, they asked for more availability. Again, days go by and I hear nothing. I ask one more time if he needs more availability and then we finally get scheduled for an interview and it ends up being with him and not the hiring manager. He then says I’ll hear back within a week either way. It’s been three weeks now and I’ve heard nothing. No answer is an answer. I understand high capacity of work but ghosting in recruiting is just poor practice.
