I recently went through the interview process with Reserv and wanted to share my experience to help others who might be applying.
I applied online through LinkedIn and, surprisingly, received an email just a few hours later inviting me to schedule an interview and provide my availability. Shortly after, I received a confirmation for the initial interview, which was a phone screening with the recruiter. The call was relaxed and easygoing. The recruiter provided an overview of the company and the role, then asked about my background and salary expectations. After the call, she sent me a Google Forms questionnaire with around 5-6 scenario-based questions to complete.
The following day, I received an invitation for the second interview. Although I was told it would be technical, it turned out to be mostly behavioral. I wasn’t fully prepared for that type of questioning, but I think I did pretty well. This interview was conducted over Google Meet.
After completing the second interview, they mentioned that if I moved forward, there would be a third and final interview with the hiring manager, which was more of a meet-and-greet. I was thrilled to receive the invitation for this final round. I had the interview yesterday, and it went even better than I expected. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. The hiring manager was really friendly and shared more about the company and the role. She then asked questions related to the information she had just provided. For example, since Reserv is a startup with lots of changes on short notice, she asked how I handle constantly changing policies and processes.
Overall, I’m really hoping I got the position because Reserv seems like an amazing company to work with. Throughout this whole process, anytime I had a question, I would reach out to the recruiter or HR person, and they responded every time. I think that’s amazing! Fingers crossed I get the job. I haven’t been this excited about working with a company in a long time.
