Probably the worst interview experience I have had so far. I got the call by filling the form online and was called Onsite to the Office at Mellville, NY. The interview went well where I was given several situations and asked to design Machine Learning solutions based on these scenarios. At the end of the interview the interviewer said -"Good understanding of Machine Learning, but we want someone with an Embedded background", while I understand that it was a requirment, WHY was it not in the application ? Why was my application even picked? The worst part is they kept me waiting for 4 MONTHS ! to announce the result, that is definetly not the right way to do things, keeping a candidate waiting for so long.
