They contacted me after 1 month of applying for an interview. After an amazing first interview with the hiring manager and internal recruiter, I was suddenly told that the job was put on hold to analyze the budget and staffing plans. Then a few weeks later, was told the job got approvals and was back on. I did 8 interview rounds and they were all acting and talking to me like I had the job. However ONE month later and no offer. I am now being told they are still thinking of the budget and hiring plans as they are afraid there will be a recession in 2023! HA. Do not waste your time at this company like I did.
