- Interview for a contractor role with possibility of full time (this was true, I was hired as full-time) - Had a phone screen followed by four half-hour interviews with direct manager, another manager, and two peers one level above the role - Got a reasonable offer, paying just slightly above the range I gave to HR - Most conversations were easy and casual-feeling, not heavy on technical questions
