The interview process itself is nothing out of the ordinary. Phone call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, then an additional panel interview.
Applied and interviewed for several positions at Resilience. Each one ended with the job being closed due to the company restructuring or being ghosted. I don't suggest anyone waste any time with this poorly run company.
