CEO cancelled phone interview 3 times in a row, then had me come to Butte for an in person where he mocked and berated me in front of other employees. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bizarre experience. Interviewed with some guy over teams. He was extremely frustrated about prior employees leaving and seemed to take it out on me. I applied for this job in January. I got a call in July. In that time I successfully applied. Interviewed, and received two different jobs, one six month contract and one permanent. That was strange enough. However as I was already working, I told the Resodyn I was not in the market. They would not take no for an answer. Asked how much I make. 175k. Promised 250k. I told the interviewer and he said they could not even do half that. I was also told I could work remote, he said they need full-time. He, again, was extremely frustrated. I suspect they hired someone in January and then that engineer quit less than a year into the job, forcing them to scramble and call every person that applied to it while lying through their teeth that the process normally takes six months with no communications. They actually said that. My advice to this company: you get what you pay for. Hire a real recruitment firm, not these sweatshop ones. Of course based on this being the nost negatively reviewed company in the history of the website, I'm going to bet they don't listen to advice. The amount of red flags for this job could supply the entire population of China.
