Interview
The interview process was deceivingly positive. The interview staff was actually very nice but once hired on you realize the chaos and organization of the company. Administration did not seem to have control of all their new hires and changing environment. New teachers were left in the dark to figure things out on their own. Training was 3 days in Lewisville, Tx and not only did it bring up more fears and concerns but did not answer simple questions that would reassure new employees on the start of their journey with this company.
