The application process was misleading and flawed. When I applied, the platform asked me for three references, and they noted that those are NEEDED to make sure the process goes efficiently. So I did submit contact information of my references. Well, one of my references let me know that they got a request for reference from ResponsiveEdu so I thought maybe they were just gathering data before setting up the interviews. I thought they were sincere to want to include me in their candidate pool. Well, I was wrong. They never contacted me. Not even a courtesy email to let me know that the position has been filled. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that they reached out to my references without an interest in interviewing me. The name "Responsive" is a misnomer IMO, as they are far from responsive to someone who is interested in working for them. That led me to doubt the quality of education they provide to their learners and families.

Interview
One interview with HR, very friendly and conversational. Took about a month before next interview, which was supposed to be with 2 executives, but only one made it. Very nice lady, but there seemed to be a big disconnect between HR and Executive over what a Project Manager even is. Took another month to hear back with lots of pushing. Seems like a nice place to bide your time.

We are sorry to hear your interview experience was not as expected. With it getting closer to the holiday season, and the nature and scope of our corporate positions changing frequently due to our rapid growth, the interview and selection process did take longer than anticipated and the role changed in that time. We hope you will continue to consider ResponsiveEd if another position becomes available that you would be interested in.
