2 levels of interviews, first with a Branch Manager then with the Regional Manager. Drug test, background check, IQ test. Questions on previous employment. Very casual, informal. Felt very comfortable. The company is growing very fast and they are in need of skilled managers. Hourly employees can be trained quickly.

Meet with Branch manager, then the regional decides final call. Maybe a few phone calls during course of multiple interviews. Training started almost right after offer. Need to drive to multiple locations over course of 12 weeks.

Terrible experience!!! I interviewed with the regional manager and she was very interested in me to join their team. I talked to the Vice President and hit it off. A week later, they told me that they would send an offer letter asap. Next week, I get a phone call from the VP saying that I was bound to fail at the job and had the promise of an offer letter rescinded. I was qualified for the position and overall very unprofessional from the company. Took 3 weeks and an absolute waste of time.
