Interview process was via video conference; very simple and to-the-point. Discussed past employment, potential future with the company, location of where jobs could take place (specifics), training and job performance expectations.

Where would you like to go as far as success within the company?
Very scheduled and to the point. Talked about role of collector and flexible schedule. Two different rounds of interviews before i was offered a role. Pay rate is very interesting - not quite sure if i will accept offer.
