Possibly the worst process I have ever been to. Then they have six hours of algorithmic interviews that are basically a bunch of leetcode hards. I managed to solve all the problems but it was just honestly like going through the SAT of coding. Zero joy, and this is reflected in the product — which btw had a great start. Silent engineers. No interaction. Zero interviews with designers. No PM. For a frontend role lmao I couldn’t even remember the engineers names or team. I have no idea if these engineers can write css, who is the team owner, and whether I want the role or not. It’s just a bunch of algorithm tech bros, so if you want that kind of environment, you found your fit. Or, they’re great to use as free algorithm training interview for other companies. Even if they had given me an offer, I would never work there. After six hours of interviews they wanted me to meet more interviews after I criticized them for not meeting people or even having enough time to state names. I simply cannot imagine working here. Also theyre not remote friendly but the entire process is conducted remotely. Lol

Had 4 qs for debugging, in JS. As well as frontend building in react. Did not pass, mainly due to my own unpreparedness. But the questions were not too difficult.
