Had an initial phone screen with recruiter and two calls with a hiring manager. First call was to discuss my sales background, second call was technical questions about retool. Unless you are currently working in a technical sale probably not a good fit, interviewers requested I spend several days learning retool and then asked a lot of questions that were industry specific. This wouldn't be a problem but limited direction was given on what to prepare for and then they threw out a lot of "got you" questions if you weren't knowledgable about the topic they focused on. Pay was also way under market for the level they advertise.
