Arguably, the best recruiting process I've been through. My recruiter, as well as the hiring manager, was incredibly transparent and communicative throughout. They'd check-in almost daily and offered to hop on calls at multiple points. The interviews were challenging but also felt rewarding -- these are the best kind IMO. Finally, once I had an offer, the interview panel (and even other Retools) offered their time to answer any remaining questions and share their perspective on what's going well + what could improve.
