I had the same experience as another reviewer who interviewed with a disinterested, awkward recruiter. I was very interested in the role, felt highly qualified, and spent a significant amount of time preparing. The recruiter spent 5 minutes asking extremely basic and broad questions before asking if I had any questions. The interview was exactly 11 minutes long. I was completely baffled. Never in my career have I had an interview this short and unfair. It’s like he had his mind made up about me before the call even started. It may have meant nothing to him but he needs to understand that professionals put a lot of time and thought into preparing for these. What a waste.
