Interview
Approximately 20 minute web cam interview. It is a quick and dry interview, meaning you introduce yourself and you go straight ahead into answer questions. After approximately 20 minutes of answering questions on OOP, Java and C++, SQL Database, and web development questions, your interviewer usually asks if you have any questions for him and then your interview should conclude.

Interview
After applying through their website, I very quickly received a phone call where an individual confirmed that I had a bachelors degree and that I was willing to relocate. Then, I was transfered to a recruiter that asked some basic questions about my previous programming experience and projects before providing more details about the program. At the end of this short call, we scheduled a technical interview for the following week. I was provided with a study guide that covered all the material that could be covered in the interview. The actual interview took place via video chat, and it only lasted about 10 minutes. The questions were very basic, with zero coding challenges.
