Interview
Awful. I applied online in 2023 and I was accepted for a first stage, virtual interview. The recruiter kept their camera off for the entire interview. It was so rude. I was quite shocked actually.
The role was also falsely advertised, the way the recruiter described it was more like a business development role, cold calling prospects. The recruiter was awkward to speak to and seemed very inexperienced, they didn't ask me a single question about my previous roles.
