I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut in Apr 2024
Interview
There was a three stage interview process. Process was very pleasant. However I was given no feedback when I was rejected. So disappointed in that regard. Otherwise good process all things considered.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Seems like a fairly unconventional interview process. No one even asked for my CV during the whole process so makes me wonder if they were just ticking a KPI box (which I’ve heard they are big on) after headhunting me on LinkedIn. Spent a grand total of 30 mins with the hiring manager who had a strange line of questioning not particularly related to the job I was applying for. Didn’t get much of a feel for the company with them. The case study 3rd stage is just something they have stolen from McKinsey or other big consultancy firms and has been implemented across the board. Interviewer was obtuse and totally disengaged - fed up and didn’t really have much to say about the company and made the process as difficult as it could have been. HR teams were helpful and positive although talking at a million miles an hour without a huge amount of candidate feedback time at all. Overall a fairly perplexing but negative experience.
