Revolut Executive Recruiter interview questions

Really poor interview process. I was contacted by a sourcer about a role, and was then promptly scheduled to speak with the recruiter managing the hiring. Firstly, the interviewer was late to the call, and then gave the impression that they did not want to speak with me at all. There was no energy, storytelling, excitement, which is generally a key part of the recruiter screen. I was asked out dated archaic questions, with little relevancy. Confusingly, I was asked for notice period, salary expectations, non complete etc. On the salary side, they did not have a range to share with me, interviewer was confused on where I was geographically? I was advised I would be receiving an assessment to complete. 2 days later I received a rejection email with generic reasoning. This process was just messy, confusing, and was such a disappointing experience.
