The interview process at Revolut was a better than average experience, but with room for growth and improvement as the company matures. I interviewed at Revolut back in December 2018/January 2019 and it followed a pretty standard structure that followed multiple stages: An initial technical interview to assess basic skills, an hometask, an in-depth technical interview, finally a discussion with project owners that included a bit of behavioural interview style questions. For those that are used to interviews at traditional top companies (e.g. Google, Facebook), the interview process will definitely feel more rough around the edges but that's to be expected for a somewhat early company (e.g. interviewers seemed to improvise at times). With that said, overall, the experience was very much positive and smooth. The interviewers and HR were friendly, respectful and eager to answer any question, which is always a good indicator since the interview is always a two-way street.
