Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We took your feedback to the recruitment team handling Ops Recruitment. I think you already shared your thoughts with them directly as well; we really appreciate your honesty.
Our aim is to offer a great candidate experience to all of our potential employees. As part of that, all our hiring managers will go through extensive recruitment training starting in about two weeks: shadowing, role-playing, sharing sessions etc. We want to make sure we keep the bar up and we will put in the necessary work.
