First chat to internal recruitment, followed by a chat with a member of the team instead of the hiring manager. After 4 weeks someone gets back to you for the next step which is a home task and next thing you know you never hear back.
I expected a bit more from Revolution considering they tell you how great it is to be part of the team and how quickly they hire during covid-19. Letting people wait for 4 weeks until they hear back to them give them a week for a task and never get back, not even say thank you in an automated email, is not acceptable.

I was reached out twice from the same person in different occasions for two separate roles, the interviews were messy. They didn't even know the role the interview was for and the first time I was rescheduled twice.
Additionally, I stated beforehand I needed to be sponsored by the company and was told it was possible, both times I was asked about this by the end of the interview and told it couldn't be done, which was discriminatory and a waste of time, considering I asked beforehand. They definitely need to do better.
both interviews were online. first one was general, getting to know the company, specifics about the role etc. second was more job specific and technical, not just with HR person.

What are some kpis you would use in this situation
Interview process was nice and organized, but final interview was a Problem Solving, which I think it feels very confronting and uncomfortable. I would prefer a take-home assignment as, for me, it would be a more realistic way to evaluate a candidate.
