Interview
Process consists of below steps:
1. HackerRank Quiz: MCQ & Descriptive questions - not very simple, but not too difficult to crack. Know Revolut products before you take this.
2. Recruiter Screening: Typical recruiter screening, why looking for change, why Revolut etc.
3. Take Home Task: Data analysis and SQL query writing task. Extremely time consuming exercise, easily takes up 2-3 full days worth of effort from start to finish.
4. Problem Solving Case Interview: check other glassdoor reviews. Prepare for 3 types of cases and you should be good 1. Cost Reduction by 50% 2. Grow 10x 3. Market Entry cases
5. Bar Raiser: Interviewer goes through your entire CV, tries to understand reasons for each job change and what your strengths and AOIs were for each job.
On clearing this, you are told your level and salary. There is no room for negotiations there.

After choosing to initiate the process, an initial interview with a Human Resources team member was scheduled. Then, progressed to an interview with a team member of the specific team recruiting
It is well structured and includes a variety of rounds. E.g. aptitude test, problem solving and business interview. This can take several weeks to complete. Preparation for each round will be required.

Interview
Interview process was a case about increasing the revenue growth rate of Revolut Biz in US. Surprisingly, even after solving the whole case & constantly making sure that case is going in the right direction, I got rejected. I am ex-MBB and have never been rejected in case rounds before. It seems that interviewer might be looking for a particular answer and not case solving skills.
