Processus de recrutement complet (screening RH, tests en ligne et entretien Manager) pour un poste en full remote depuis la France.
Le processus s'est globalement très bien passé jusqu'à ce que j'attende 14 jours ouvrés pour avoir un retour suite à mon dernier entretien.
En plus d'avoir reçu ce retour le 31/12, celui-ci n'était absolument pas détaillé ("un autre candidat a été retenu") ni personnalisé mais édulcoré de fausse sympathie.
Attitude peu professionnelle de la part de leur chargée de recrutement basée en Pologne, dommage.

Two written tests and two interacting sessions were taken place. It's engaging and relevant with the roles and responsibilities given for the role.
Over experience during the interview process is very good.

A primeira entrevista foi com o RH, bem curta e apressada, perguntas objetivas. Depois, entrevista com um gestor (que não necessariamente será o seu gestor, pode ser que você nem chegue a conhecê-lo durante o processo seletivo), perguntas totalmente técnicas, quase uma prova oral de conceitos básicos de Fincrime e TM.
