La entrevista con el/la recruiter fue estándar y directa, y se centró en el perfil profesional, la experiencia previa, la motivación y una breve explicación del puesto.
La entrevista de resolución de problemas en compliance se centró en la comprensión de un texto legal o regulatorio proporcionado y en la propuesta de posibles soluciones, evaluando principalmente la capacidad de comprensión y el pensamiento creativo más que un conocimiento técnico profundo.
La entrevista de resolución de problemas generales se basó en un problema genérico no relacionado con compliance.
