One interview with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. I asked about the company culture and realized that this is not a good fit for me. Though and very competitive culture, fast growing and challenging enviroment. Result oriented, KPIs driven.

Ghosted, interview assessment sent 12 months later. Sent to a Intelligence test before being in contact with a person. Recruiter did not respond to email. this was definitely a weird experience
they were sourcing me - I did not apply. After the first call, they sent an IQ test that wasn't in my native language with 40 questions - you only had 20 seconds per question. I am not pretty convinced about IQ tests in hiring process but in case they do it, they should adapt to the language of the candidate.

Quite extensive interview process. Business case, Skills Interview, meeting several managers, also a cognitive abilities test. Took around 2/3 months in total. They are almost exclusively focused on KPIs and things that are measurable.
