Recruiter reached out that my profile stands out as a match for a role they are looking to fill. Had the initial phone screen with the recruiter who would pass on profile to the hiring team. Then received a generic email that my profile does not match what they are looking for to proceed. For a culture that prides itself on feedback, only hearing that my profile doesn't match after being approached because my profile “stands out” is a bit odd.

An HR person preps you for the interview. During the interview you get lots of chronological questions based on your resume. You are asked to give examples of certain situations (e.g. challenging task, etc.) specific to a role in your resume. You are encouraged to use the STAR method while responding.
