First step-I took an online test which I think is unnecessary. Second step - interview with HR. Classic behavioral questions. The third step - the final interview with the head of the department, which I nailed. at the end of the interview, he enthusiastically told me that I was hired as far as he was concerned and that he would forward the recommendation to HR. A month and a half after that, I had to remind the HR manager to give me any feedback. After which I got the answer that she is no longer in charge of that part of the company and that she can only offer me some sales positions if I am interested.I couldn't believe it.
