I had a call with HR before each interview step. After the HR screening, I had a 30 min interview with the hiring manager which felt rushed and almost like he did not want to be in the call. Next stage was a problem solving interview. The HR contact told me everyone needs to do this when they join Revolut and shared some pointers with me which were helpful. It was a business case with limited data to solve in less than 30 mins. Quite tensed interviewer and overall experience. The process took took about a month until that stage. Everyone I spoke to was also very open about the long working hours which makes me think that this was probably the right outcome for me.
