A robotic process, everything was read off a script and I felt like I was treated like a potential asset, rather than a human being. The interview screening call was a good experience, but the problem-solving portion is things go South. This is where they test your business acumen and critical thinking. Well, some guy joined who had zero idea who I was or what role I'm applying for, nor did he care, but he could have been at least a little personable... He clearly felt superior to me... He threw me a scripted business problem that I wasn't meant to know the answer to, but I feel I did ask the right questions to then arrive at a plausible solution. I am more than qualified for the role, by the way, and I know the internet is a great outlet for rants, but this isn't it. I feel like the guy failed me as he just didn't like me at all. No other reason. Bullet dodged, don't go to Revolut... I would never apply again.
