The screening call with the recruiter was a typical interview asking about skills and why you've applied. After you pass that part you are asked to do an assessment of 40 questions, you have 20 min. (so 30 sec. per question). After passing, you get to the next round of interviews with the department/hiring manager. The final round of interviews is with the representative of the office.
