I've had the Revolut recruitment team head hunt me for 3 different roles in the last month. Their team are aggressive at call scheduling but on two instances, the job was put on hold or job spec changed before the call had taken place, leading them to be cancelled. For the Head of Growth role, the first screening took place with talent acquisition after being head hunted but I never heard from them again. Their talent acquisition team have wasted my time a lot over the last month or so and I haven't even applied for anything. They head hunted me!
