I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
Screener, pattern recognition/basic statistics test under time pressure, cultural fit interview, problem solving interview. I didn't make it past the problem solving interview. Well, I never actually heard back from them. Even reached out to get confirmation I wouldn't be proceeding and they didn't bother to respond. I found the language they used throughout the process quite troubling - things like 'only the best people make it through'. It gave me a strong indication that they're looking to put the best people in the industry under a lot of pressure and that anything less than great won't be tolerated - quite elitist.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General job history, tell us about yourself type stuff. I'll admit the problem-solving interview didn't go well for me. They're looking for you to ask specific questions and get to specific recommendations. I didn't see how this would apply to a real world scenario - when someone already knows the answer, they wouldn't ask you what the answer is. You'd seek to understand more about the environment in which the problem exists, too, such as internal cultural influences, or external influences, but in this setting there's a golden ticket (like that ever happens in real life...) and you're judged based on whether you find it or not.
bar raiser interview will ask very specific culture fit related questions. For example, how would your manager rate you from 1 to 10, why? Give me a weakness - will challenge your answer and ask additional weaknesses. All questions are based on each of your previous roles so you need multiple answers prepared for each previous role you held.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid)
Interview
30 minute screening call with competency based questions to align on your experience for the role. STAR examples encouraged, relatively intense set of questions for an initial call. The meeting started with the usual questions on why you wanted to work for Revolut and then moved to competency based questions for the specific role about your experience to date. Questions were focused on establishing alignment of your experience to the specific role. The remaining process following the screening call involved a psychometric test within 3 days following the call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and a further interview with Revolut's recruitment and culture specialists.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
Crazy process in many steps included a project to be done at home. Another step is logic question like a quiz with a time. 3rd step is an interview with only one person in the same role you are applying for. Questions feel completely unrelated to your background or the skills needed for the job you are applying for. Feels like a process from a consulting company

Question 1
At home project, another step with logic question where you genuinely wonder how they can understand from there if you are a good fit or not. Is clear the company culture already from there
