Interview contains 4 stages. 1. Screen call with recruiter. Where we discussed my experience as well as future process. During this stage, the recruiter explained to me that I need to pass only online screening and technical interviews. After that will be a Design interview, to determine my level to close (Mid or Senior). But anyway if I pass the technical interview they will be able to offer me a job (!). 2. 3 hackerrank tasks (got feedback that passed to next step) 3. Technical part - where I need to implement a few components in React. And 3 JS related questions in the end. (got positive feedback and invite to next step) 4. Design interview - had to design part of the system. After the last part I didn't receive any feedback for a week. Recruiter simply ignored my email. And after a week I got an email 'template' with rejection without any details. The whole process took a month. And after a month of going through the process it would be nice to at least have a personal email from the recruiter instead of a regular template.
