Interview
Chaotic, rigid, disrespectful of the candidate. I had a 20 min conversation with a recruiter who was focused on addressing as many questions as possible, followed by a second stage, an interview with the Talent Lead. This second round was an examination that was following a script. The introduction of the call took 2 minutes nd almost no description of the role was given. The interviewer was very rigid, kept on asking questions on fast forward, very eastern like mindset. Apparently, the focus on quantity and not quality and that was proven in the way they did the recruitment process and with the people they assigned for this. Totally do not recommend, no money is worth it.

Interview
Overall, very seamless and very fast. Recruiters were very responsive and attentive when they missed out on my first round of interviews. Quick to reschedule and accommodating of dates. Overall, a pleasant experience despite being unsuccessful.
