Weird. Just weird.
Customer Service English and German - Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa
You apply for Customer Support and then have to take a 2-hour test, which you have to complete within 2 days. ("We understand that you also have other commitments, so we'll give you this time").
The first time, I put the email in the trash after all the reviews.
After 7 days they sent me the link to the "assessment" again (a language test in English and idiotic "3 circles 1 square, what doesn't fit here" tests that says 0.0 about you, and certainly not for a job like this).
There was no info about salary, working hours, benefits, just the role description and what they expect in terms of degrees, languages and soft skills. (Tip: Pay people appropriately, then you don't have to look for new ones on Indeed every week, and the money can't be that great in expensive Portugal if it's kept secret...)
I thought to myself, "I'll fill it out". You should leave the camera running while you do the test (why should I be transparent while you don't even say anything about the conditions?).
After 2 hours of wasted life time, the mail came today that I didn't convince in the oh-so-great test, and I'm glad I did - I mean, just look at the reviews here. And think about it, if the application process is like this, what is it like when you work there?
