The process was transparent and expectations were clearly communicated throughout. However, some of the interview questions felt slightly vague, which made it difficult to understand exactly what the interviewer was looking for in each response.

Revolut recruiters reached out to me. I arranged a call but only availability was in 2 weeks time. This call was canceled with no explanation on the morning of, 30mins beforehand. I then rescheduled and again it was another 2 weeks wait despite requesting and being told that would be amended. I had the initial call and it was very positive. There were several weeks of back and forth over email mostly with me chasing up and requesting information on the next round which I was told I was moving on to. After 3 months I gave up trying to chase them.

Absolute nightmare. Their interview process is split into 7 steps that goes almost over 2 months to complete and is completely irrational. Some of their interviewers also deserve an olympic medal of delusion for their absolute nonsense questions.
