Overall very unprofessional interview process. Initially the internal headhunter was good and ran a professional screening interview. The subsequent interview with my future line manager was cancelled twice (as he was busy) and an interview with another department left me sitting on the dial in for 15 minutes until I was told the interview was cancelled. It was rescheduled and the interviewer arrived 15 minutes late. It left me with the impression of an organisation in chaos. All this was happening as they failed to file their company accounts for another year. Lots of red flags!
