I was approached for Senior People Partner but during interview it came out that they interview me for Onboarding Specialist which is totally not adjusted to my experience and education

Wasn't very clear which position I'm interviewing for. I was asked to join the informal chat to find out more details about the leadership position just to find out it's actually an interview for a People Partner
