It's a shame as Human Resources actually do a decent job of providing you with information about the role and interview process. This was very informative and organised.
However, after the HR screening followed two very unpleasant interviews with different Sales Managers.
The first manager was 7 minutes late and never apologised. He seemed generally unengaged straight from the start and was distracted, looking repeatedly away to the side at things happening offscreen.
Then the interview with another Sales Manager was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for another day. However, at the time of the new meeting this Sales Manager was also late. Just as I was about to leave he entered the meeting room. Same vibe as the first manager: disengaged, distracted, impersonal.
This is not a great environment to interview in and it massively turned me off from the company. The whole experience has all the hallmarks of a factory line hiring process and that can't possibly have a positive effect on the company culture.

It was fairly alright, pretty standard SOP questions. Interviewer was not from my targeted market hence I felt that it should be someone from the market they’re planning to hire from.
J’ai passé un entretiens très rapide (rh) en anglais à 100%. On m’a expliqué comment me préparer aux prochains entretiens. Et on m’a posé quelques question sur ce que je vendais à qui comment et quels outils j’utilisais

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview
