The word interview I haver ever had. Was the inicial one with one recruiter from Spain. She was late 5 minutes and she didn't turn on the camera. She asked me questions but she didn't let me answer. It seemed to be one of the task of the days to complete and that's it.

At least 4-5 stages and by stage four your pretty much like are we going to continue repeating ourselves here? Good experience seems like a competitive environment to work in that will push you to improve.
The interview process felt like a tick box exercise to the Management team who interviewed me, they were sitting in open offices with a lot of background noise which was super distracting. They were very disinterested.

I was required to research companies that would be a good fit for the solution and go into a lot of detail in a very short space of time while they looked on and watched what I did. It was very tough to concentrate.
