Lack of Professionalism: The interview was conducted without the use of a camera, which I found unprofessional. Having the camera on is essential for a respectful and engaging dialogue, and its absence detracted from the overall experience. Concerns with External Recruiters: Interactions with external recruiters further highlighted issues with the candidate experience at Revolut. These interactions, coupled with the poor interview experience, left me with serious concerns about the company's approach to hiring.
