The process was quite easy, had to do only three steps interview, one was with HR and two with each one of the managers of the market.
They have been very nice and made me feel comfortable.
They ask you mainly cultural fit and skill related questions, they also ask a lot about your previous sales experience and gaging what kind of salesmen you are. Overral it follows the format of a classic sales entry level role interview

Very good, straight forward, and a few different questions to normal interviews , 5 different interviews, practical exam and role play but was done very well and comfortable throughout all processes

Interview
Colloquio composto da 7 step, dura meno un film di Scorsese. HR che non lasciano scelta in merito a giorni/fasce orarie dei colloqui, come se il candidato non lavorasse. EG: "Please note that the slots availability is very limited and we kindly ask not to reschedule unless there is a very critical requirement (like a medical emergency)." Praticamente o sto morendo oppure il giorno del colloquio è quello.
Atteggiamento di alcuni manager veramente molto opinabile durante i colloqui, è molto tangibile il senso di superiorità e compiacimento nel mettere in difficoltà il candidato.
