Four different interviews, with HR, a team member, the team lead and then someone from the managing team. After that, I had to perform an extensive (!) home task, three individual tasks that took a full work day to complete. They told me they were not continuing the interviewing process from that point on and can't offer me the job, without giving any explanation. Even after asking for feedback on the home task, no reply at all. I find that very disappointing, terrible communication on Revolut's part and not very respectful of the time I invested in the interviewing process as I even agreed to submit the home task earlier and made myself available for all interviews immediately, even after time changes. Except from the HR interview, I found all the other interviews to be quite cold, no introduction beforehand on how the interview would go, just quick-fire questions. Questions I asked about how the culture was at Revolut were pretty much only answered with "we are all A players", not more than that - even in the team fit interview! Which I would have expected to be a back and forth about what's important for each party in the work environment, but was only about me having to explain why I left past jobs. Overall not enticing at all to work for Revolut.
