Very smooth and well organized. People are very friendly and professional. The business is doing very well right now. I was contacted by a head hunter who helped me also to prepare before the interview.

Name your best / most successfull campaign and it’s outcome
I just had the initial screening interview, and the recruiter was speaking way too fast. She had just asked a few generic questions about my experience which were clearly in line with the JD but then sent an automated rejection email after with no clear explanation.

Had a screening call last year with an HR rep who clearly struggled with English as a 2nd language. He asked general questions about ambition, past projects and accomplishments. I don't think he understood everything I said as a native speaker but made no efforts to clear up misunderstandings. Overall awkward experience.
The person who interviewed me talked over me multiple times and also was not even dressed appropriately. They then just ghosted me after saying they would get back within 48 hours either with positive or constructive feedback. Was not expecting this at all from Revolut. Very bad.
