There was 7 stages, which is farrr too many in my opinion. I was told that they will take 2 weeks, but at 4 weeks I was only on the 4th stage. Some of the interviewers seemed incompetent, the meeting brief was always different to the interview. So I'd spend hours preparing for things that never came up. Some interviews were booked for 20mins but there was often so much content that it would run to 1hr+. Sometimes we had to reschedule for a part 2 of one interview because we weren't given enough time, prolonging the process. A few interviews were cancelled less than 24hrs from the initial booked time. Which makes it tricky when you have to take time off to do interviews. The sales recruiter were professional and competent. And I did love how they had a hiring guide, that improved candidates experience.
