The interview process is lenient and they generally check whether you are fluent in english and are good with basic corporate etiquettes.
There are three stages: Online test, HR round and PI with a team lead.
Online tests have basic grammar, listening and writing skills and logical reasoning.
HR round - The HR will discuss all the perks and salary and will take your consent if you are ok with the package. If yes, they will move forward and then the PI will happen.
PI round with the TL - In this round, they ask very basic questions as per your CV and they will test your finding ability whether you are able to find a Help page or FAQ fast and promptly answer the user, they will also check how are you framing your resolutions and your problem solving ability.

Question 1
Tell me what have you heard about Revolut and why would you like to work for us? Have you checked us out on Linkedin or glassdoor?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jun 2026
Interview
The first interview was brief, lasting about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The recruiter started with a quick introduction to the company's culture and current expansion. After that, they moved directly into standard screening questions. Very concise, did not ask many follow-up questions, and was highly attentive and open to answering any questions I had throughout the call.
As a second filter, I had to complete a couple of assessments to test my overall fluency in English and then in Spanish. I found those pretty easy as well, although completing both of them took me around 2 hours or so (I don't remember exactly).
The last interview was the longest one, it lasted about 45 minutes in which the manager asked me overall behavioral questions, and a couple of written assessments using mock cases. At the end of our meeting they also gave me feedback, which I greatly appreciated.
I received the official job offer a day after completing my last interview, and the overall process was pretty quick to me. Everyone was professional and kind, and I am really happy with my experience.

They try to put the most pressure on you on the interviews, setting you up for a really hard time. It was not a friendly talk at all, and it was also really really long.

I don't understand their interview process. They select candidates who do not even have relevant experience to the profile but reject candidates who have the experience. So please give feedback next time when rejecting a candidate. And for candidates, it's better not to apply to this company
