Three stages - Call with recruiter (15 min, questions about experience and motivation) - Case Study (Optimising certain processes, not very difficult) - Final interview with hiring manager (questions about experience, my understanding of the product) My opinion: - The case study wasn't difficult. Watch a few McKinsey/BCG case interviews and you will be fine. - The hiring manager seemed generally disinterested during the call, looking around during the interview and not engaging - The recruiter said no info on the product was necessary, but 30% of the final interview was the interviewer drilling into my understanding of the product - Interviewer said role requires on average 12 hour work days with many days being 15 hours. The pay was also terrible in comparison to hours worked (£32k) given that it is the financial services sector. - After the process ended, I asked for feedback a couple fo times but didn't receive any response.
