Interview
Spoke to a recruiter and then a product marketer from a different (totally unrelated business unit).
The calls were cold and robotic. Both interviewers sounded like they didn’t want to be there. Zero interest in you as a person. Not interested in keeping you interested.
Questions were really basic and bordered on patronising. No deeper dives or follow-on questions and no room to learn more about the role, team, business unit or market opportunity.
Probably the most disappointing interview I’ve experienced. I really expected more from what seems to be an exciting brand in a really exciting market..
I just had the initial screening interview, and the recruiter was speaking way too fast. She had just asked a few generic questions about my experience which were clearly in line with the JD but then sent an automated rejection email after with no clear explanation.

Interview
Had a screening call last year with an HR rep who clearly struggled with English as a 2nd language. He asked general questions about ambition, past projects and accomplishments. I don't think he understood everything I said as a native speaker but made no efforts to clear up misunderstandings. Overall awkward experience.
The person who interviewed me talked over me multiple times and also was not even dressed appropriately. They then just ghosted me after saying they would get back within 48 hours either with positive or constructive feedback. Was not expecting this at all from Revolut. Very bad.
